Alright, I just finished it after 6 tries.

I have encountered a lot of bugs during my playtime.

Bug#1

Desc: The first mirror looped save point. I cannot exit or do anything so I just reloaded the page.

Bug#2

Desc: It seems it managed to save my last playthrough but I cannot load it and escape. So I reloaded the page again.

Bug#3

Desc: I did not know that the holy book was a one-time-use item. There should be a notification that it was gone from your possession. (Yeah, I died clicking the first demon... reload again)

After dodging and reaching the end of obstacles the three demons stopped moving. I do not know if this was intended.

Bug#4

Desc: After finishing talking with the bear I have not chosen to kill him yet. I noticed that the three demons started moving again but the first one was out of sync with the rest.

Bug#5

Desc: All save points are not working as intended got to reload again.

Bug#6

Desc: After choosing to spare the 2nd bear I killed the first bear and received the key. Curious I walked back to the other room and received this error. I was slightly surprised by the sudden loud walking sounds. ( I was expecting a jumpscare but I did somehow get it.. reload again)

Minor Adjustments:

Desc: Doing some exploring before I received my inevitable death, the monuments and the foundations have no object collision. I just ghosted through them.

Experience:

I already figured out what happens for the rest of the story when I read the bloody note and saw the two hostages. It was predictable for me and also there are spots from jumpscares that I expected to happen.. it is a missed opportunity.

For your first game, I give it a fair rating and it can use development for the story. I recommend looking up Purgatory for ideas and capturing the feel of the game.

If it does not suit your liking as a reference you can visit Manlybadasshero on YouTube he plays a lot of this stuff.

Lastly, I am glad to playtest this game and I am looking forward to your growth.

Woah thank you! I never expected some ratings on this game, thank you for playtest and feedback. I really appreciate the bug reporting and your friendly and honest review, as this is my first game I still have a lot to work on. I'll work on the bugs and I'll apply your recommendations. Have a great day! <3
